Just imagine we're sitting around the fire on a snowy night, listening to my parents' memories, our family stories, learning about our ancestors, passing everything down to the newest generations.

Welcome!
I've successfully migrated Our Family Story from AOL Journals to Blogger. I hope to spend more time here, finally writing more about my family.
That is great! I have done the same with my children, and we have a colorful past linage going back to Germany, 5 generations ago. We were wheat and cattle farmers and soldiers, and kept most of our cherished customs after coming to America.
